The Industry Advisory Boards (IABs) at HRUC will play a pivotal role in supporting the dynamic landscape of London and the UK's economic growth. Recognising that a skilled workforce is essential for sustaining progress in the medium and long term, the IABs are dedicated to aligning education with industry requirements.
Strong account and relationship management is imperative to allow for better adaptability to the changing needs of industry and the market dynamics. Flexible strategies and solutions can be implemented based on a deeper understanding of partner goals and challenges.
By forging strong partnerships between academia and key industry players, the IABs will ensure that the curriculum and our workforce development programmes are designed to equip students and current workforce with the competencies crucial for success in the evolving workforce.
