Areas I look after:
As Head of Sales, I oversee apprenticeship sales provision across the HRUC college group. This involves working with employers to support both their recruitment needs from an upskilling perspective to the recruitment of new apprentices.
Services I offer:
Identifying business needs, supporting employers with understanding the Levy. Working with employers to support talent planning and bespoke training, tailored specifically to your business needs for existing members of staff or new employees.

Areas I look after:
I predominantly work with employers wanting to take on Engineering, Electrical, Construction (including Carpentry and Joinery/Property Maintenance Operatives) and IT apprentices.

Areas I look after:
I cover a broad range of apprenticeships across different levels, from Level 3 to Level 5, in sectors such as Hospitality (Commis Chefs), Healthcare (Healthcare Support Workers and Dental), Teaching and Business Services (including Administration, Finance, HR, Team Leading and Management).
Services I offer:
I am here to support employers in understanding their recruitment needs and maximising usage of their Apprenticeship Levy for taking on or upskilling of a member of staff as an apprentice and to facilitate with the onboarding process.

Areas I look after:
I manage the adult employability skills team across all three colleges which provides training to support our local economy and community. Some of this training is on campus and some is online.
Services I offer:
My team deliver free intensive 6-7 day courses on campus in Employability Skills, Customer Service and Business Administration. We also offer a range of fully online distance-learning courses, which can be completed at any time. We work with a range of employers who have job vacancies and can arrange for people who attend our training programmes to get a guaranteed job interview with one or more employer, which greatly increases someone’s prospects of securing sustainable employment.
We work closely with employers of all sizes and across all sectors to meet their recruitment and training needs. We can provide free recruitment support to employers through our pool of job-ready candidates.

Area I look after:
Employability Skills, part of the Apprenticeship and Skills Team.
Services I offer:
I help unemployed adults back into work, supporting them with advice and information they would need to gain employment. I visit job centres and speak to claimants face to face and also by phone, promoting our SWAPS courses to them and online courses. I advise them which courses and SWAPs would be the right fit for them.

I give administrative support for our programmes and training courses to help clients who wish to return to the job market.
I offer support in helping individuals find the right programme to up-skill and boost their confidence to prepare them for work.
I also support learners in employment to gain useful skills for their career progression.

Online Courses, part of the Apprenticeship and Skills Team.
Services I offer:
I primarily work with learners who are completing our online courses. These are completed at home and in your own time so are a great alternative for somebody who may have prior commitments but is ready to venture into a new career path or gain a qualification. I work closely with each learner and support them throughout the completion of their course and until they reach their desired career.
