How we support learners
Our Account Manager, Industry-Trained Assessor and Learning Advocate support the employer and apprentice to deliver our high-quality training programme.
We help to:
- Match the skills of a learner with the right employer to start an apprenticeship
- Turn their jobs into an apprenticeship
- Help them to upskill through an apprenticeship and progress within the company
- Start a traineeship if they are not ready for work yet.
-
Health and safety and safeguarding
We want our apprentices to enjoy a safe and secure working and learning environment. Risk assessments are mandatory to carry out at the workplace. We provide apprentices and employers with details on how to contact a safeguarding advisor should they need to.
